RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train, motivate, and lead after-sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
Work with our After-Sales Partner. Co-work and monitor them to offer good customer service to end-users together.
Review Open RMA
- Monitor and push ASP to update every case status on system within 24 hours w/o any delay. Track and push the process of pending RMA
- Review Open RMA TAT and improve the TAT time
Control key parts return
Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of after-sales service related experience is required; IT product & gaming background is preferred
Language Requirement: English and Vietnamese (All the training is in English)
Personality Traits: Optimistic, high-EQ, aggressive, logical
