Roles & Responsibilities:

• (Real Estate) Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy proposal for developer
• (Real Estate) Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Developer.
• (Real Estate) Responsible for contract negotiation with developer
• (Real Estate) Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target;
• (Real Estate) Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.
• (Trade) Manage sales of the company’s products, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of sales personnel.
• (Trade) Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree major in related field
2. Experience

• At least 3 years working experience
