JOB DIMENSIONS
  • Drive company’s global sealing & bonding business growth in Vietnam growing year on year.
  • Foster a culture of safety, customer focus, open communication and collaboration.
  • Define S&B long term strategy and plans centered on delivering customer value and financial performance aligned with the S&B global and regional strategies in close collaboration with S&B Business Director
  • Align sales & functional teams and resources to achieve financial and business goals for S&B.
  • Develop talents required to progress business and achieve S&B goals.
  • Ensure S&B demand creation for the company is executed through portfolio innovation, value proposition creation, and sales/marketing approach in close coordination with the APAC S&B head.
  • Define sourcing capabilities and capacity to deliver S&B financial plan, customer demand and provide appropriate customer experience.
  • Participate in the integration of acquisition to define S&B synergies, if any, in coordination with APAC CC leadership team

ACTIVITIES
  • Develop multi-year S&B business plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Create annual “bridge” S&B business plans to achieve budget in coordination with S&B APAC Business Director. Translate into critical initiatives and objectives.
  • Build and track KPI’s that indicate progress towards goals in coordination with APAC S&B leader.
  • Review S&B business performance on a monthly basis with APAC C&C leaders.
  • Establish and conduct business reviews required to execute and deliver plans (Business Team meetings, operational reviews, sales reviews).
  • Ensure demand creation and value proposition strategy and execution in place for S&B business to achieve revenue and goals.
  • In alignment with regional and global heads, maintain 3 year New Product Schedule to feed innovation pipeline and conduct monthly portfolio reviews and project status.
  • Build relationships with local key customers:  Consumer and Professional distribution.
  • Manage and monitor the local distributor.
  • Ensure S&B portfolio discipline is in place and with annual rationalization based on sales, profit and strategic fit.
  • Work closely with the local Spec Team with all information necessary concerning S&B
  • Define, execute or request technical service as needed to support the business development activity
  • Lead team to perform product trials at customer/prospects’ production sites.
  • Ensure customer complaints are diligently attended to by the relevant stakeholders
  • Enhance customer experiences which will position the company as preferred supplier
  • Use CRM system to support and report activity (Call reports, samples/tech service requests etc)
  • Deliver activity summary presentations to peers and upper management (Project portfolio reviews, sales meetings etc)
  • Adjust business plans and priorities based on market dynamics.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
  • He/she is expected to articulate the S&B strategy for the business that achieves financial goals and customer requirements in VN.
  • Challenge in penetrating into Merchants & Trade
  • Business coverage throughout the country

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Business or Technical Field. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of sales & marketing in building and/ or construction industrial sector preferable from Sealing and Bonding segment.
  • Experience in technical and specifications selling in the construction business
  • Ideal Industry Background Includes:  Construction products, Consumer / Retail channel, Multi-channel management. 
  • Customer centric orientation with direct functional experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Ability to create and articulate vision and strategy. Ability to influence execution through team collaboration to deliver key initiatives / results.
