​Job overview,

As a Consultant, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task at the Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing team bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Manager of Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing Service Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

1. HR task

  • New hires : prepare Offer Letter / Labor Contract, on-boarding procedures and docs

  • Termination : prepare Termination Agreement / Termination Decision, off-boarding procedures and docs

  • Collect / file personal docs as MP regulations for associates

  • Following up all kinds of leaves of associates: annual leaves, unpaid leave…

  • Training: coordination of training preparation with HR: associates list for training, liaison and set up with clients/staff for training

  • Liaison with associates to caught up their status in working place

  • Cooperate HR team to process SMUI reports and issues: obtain new MI card, social books closure. …

  • Update HR monthly turnover for relating HR tasks to associates.

  • Process reports in compliance with current regulations.

  • Legal update to associates and clients

  • Support team in improvement payroll and outsourcing process

  • Process docs and reports in compliance with internal regulations and procedures: PIT confirmation, cost breakdown, annex, adjustment, turnover report . . .

  • Meeting with associates to settle issues / Periodical calling associates for catch up as assigned.

2. Monthly payroll

  • Gather timesheets, overtime, expenses claims, payment data . . .

  • Support C&B team in process monthly payroll included payroll reports to HR and Finance

  • Pay slip sending to all associates

  • Adhoc payment as assigned

3. Accounting & Financial tasks

  • Work with C&B team to process Pro-forma invoices for charging clients and follow up the transfer from clients

  • Reconciliation outsourcing cost to Finance

4. Others

  • Monthly reports to client as required

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields

  • At least three years of professional experience in outsourcing human resources or related services. Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.

  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payrolls.

  • Good understand of local labor law and regulations.

  • Fluent English.

  • Good at communication skills
