RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively

  • Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish

  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team

  • Ability to multitask between various systems provided by the company.

  • Reviewing accounts for general approval, and ensuring that the requirements are met

  • Working in line with the rules of compliance, and preventing money laundering and terrorist funding

  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support

  • Become an expert on the company services for our customers in Vietnam

  • Provide feedbacks to the company to advocate for our customers in Vietnam

  • Be part of team which spearheads the company’s Vietnamese Customer Care team locally in Vietnam

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of Relevant experience

  • Vietnamese as mother tongue - MUST

  • Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing), IELTS 6.5 or above - MUST

  • Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal

  • Detail-oriented

  • Multi-tasker and quick learner

  • Able to work under pressure with time constraint
