RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond and resolve customer inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively
Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
Ability to multitask between various systems provided by the company.
Reviewing accounts for general approval, and ensuring that the requirements are met
Working in line with the rules of compliance, and preventing money laundering and terrorist funding
Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
Become an expert on the company services for our customers in Vietnam
Provide feedbacks to the company to advocate for our customers in Vietnam
Be part of team which spearheads the company’s Vietnamese Customer Care team locally in Vietnam

REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of Relevant experience
Vietnamese as mother tongue - MUST
Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing), IELTS 6.5 or above - MUST
Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal
Detail-oriented
Multi-tasker and quick learner
Able to work under pressure with time constraint
