RESPONSIBILITIES:
● You maintain contact with call center managers and supervisors, providing technical support and advice for customers by answering calls and emails.
● You help successfully develop and test new software features, taking into account our clients' point of view.
● You investigate customer-related technical issues along with our developer and operations team.
● You support other departments (sales, marketing, key account management) in order to solve problems and identify major service issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Have at least 6 months or more experience in relevant position in customer care/customer support, especially who has experiences working with call center system.
● You have intermediate Excel skill.
● You speak fluent English and Vietnamese.
● Local business culture knowledge inside out.
● Logical thinking.
● Customer-focused attitude.
● Self-sufficient skill.
