CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Support supervisor in:

• Building Data Engineering & Analysis unit
• Developing Big data system.
• Reporting result of Data analysis requested by GD or other leaders in company.

2. Main responsibilities:

• Lead data mining and collection procedures on company’s databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies
• Assess and ensure data quality and integrity by data gathering techniques
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or pattern in complex data
• Build analytic systems and predictive models
• Experiment with new models and techniques
• Analyze needs of the business to develop technical requirements
• Lead and develop the Data Engineering and Analysis unit

OUTCOMES &MEASURES

• Reports of Big data analysis on the view of business side
• Quality and quantity of new data stored to Big data system
• Data analysis models base on business requirements
• Continuously develop and operate the Big data system.
• Performance of the Data Engineering and Analysis unit

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from leading university in Economics, Finance, Statics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology are preferred.
• Having certificates relevant to Data analysis and Data science is in advantage.

1.      Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge about building Data lake, Data warehouse, Data Consolidation solution
• Knowledge about conceptual, logical, and physical modeling, especially for rationalizing data object
• Basic knowledge about machine learning and deep learning
• Having good business sense based on data
• Knowledge about data pipeline/ETL pipelines
• Ability to lead the day-to-day work of a small team

2.      Relevant Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data analysis on large amount of data, implementing and deploying various statistical models
• Experience in data management such as Extract-Transform-Load, analysis functions.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Spark would be in advantage.

3.      Required Competencies

• Has a good present & communicate skills.
• Good skills in English speaking
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision
• Strong desire to build and improve a product for end-user.
