1. Key responsibilities:
- The role will work to manage the rewards and C&B teams, creating a clear set of goals that are in line with the company's objectives, and implementing change where necessary. As well as this responsibility, you can expect your duties to include the following:
- Reward & Benefits Strategy
- Reward System Management
- Payroll Management
- Policies/Procedures Development & Management
- Budget Planning & Forecasting
- Salary structure review, bonus scheme review, manpower budgeting, etc.
- Manage various C&B projects like job evaluation, salary bench-marking, job mapping etc.
2. What distinguishes you:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving & decision-making skill
- Ability to lead, manage and develop team members of a big team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
