PRIMARY PURPOSE: Together with Supervisor to assist department Managers to take charge of mold-dies, equipment, machines maintenance so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality , productivity and output goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Be responsible of mold-dies, tools maintenance and improvement
2.Hold meeting as and when required for training , exchange information and discuss on non - conformance so as to improve overall productivity and quality in the machines and mold-die.
3. Monitor the performance of the production Quality . Interface with the Engineers /Technicians when repairs and maintenance are required. Confirm that repairs and adjustment are effective and done
4.Ensure Operators follow SOP and procedures when run machine.
5.Follow up on non–conformance of machine/process and take action accordingly.
6.Take part in establish PFMEA, standards, work instruction, work procedures and processes. Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities.
7.Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
8.Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a.7S & KAIZEN
b.Environmental Health Safety
c.RBA & Social Responsibility
d.Protection of company assets
9.Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
10.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: College , major Mechanical Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 4 year experiences in same position (Engineer Maintenance Mold)
