E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of delivering E-Commerce P&L for 2021, achieving budget (100+bn) net revenue and budget EBITDA(10%+) profitability.
- Develop O2O/Omnichannel business model: leveraging online to acquire new customers, and enhancing repeating purchases in 110+ offline stores
- Structure the multiple E-COMMERCE sales channel and websites to maximize the E-Commerce sales and profitability, maximize own website
- Invest in technology & automation to achieve no human used for E-COMMERCE business process such as customer order
- Integrate the current E-Commerce IT software with GPOS and Capillary to ensure the seamlessly sales recognition and financial KPIs.
- Execute board strategic position of E-Commerce to be capturing younger consumer segment via different product/merchandizing with offline, use digital marketing effectively and efficiently, and support to promote Elise brand.
- Control E-Commerce inventory
- Improve the operational efficiencies: warehouse, logistics etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of successful e-commerce experience for FMCG, Retail, and Apparel business
- Demonstrated a rapid growth of revenue, and healthy profits, in charge of P&L
- Full function of merchandise planning, marketing/promotions, branding, sale, back office operations including logistics, warehousing, and after sale services etc.
- Has extensive experience in digital marketing/branding as a plus
- Leadership and manage a team to deliver the achievements
- Experienced with E-Commerce business basic financial and operational KPIs
- E-commerce revenue in a scale already, and handles multiple SKUs and categories of products
- Has worked in Vietnam and knows the local VN retail/apparel market
