Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests.
- Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract.
- Making salary surveys, and employee benefits programs, for use in review of current contract provisions and proposed changes.
- Provision of advice for department managers on how to deal with employees, most of all in extraordinary situations.
- Arranges and schedules meetings between workers, supervisory and managerial personnel to investigate and resolve grievances.
- Other relative task as assignment.
- Reporting, suggesting suitable solution to BOD directly.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Business/economics, HR management or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
