Job Overview/About Company:

Company is is one of the providers in innovative imaging devices and total solutions which is listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Working location: Vinh Phuc, Vietnam.

Salary: $3000-$4000

Benefit: 13^th month salary + KPI bonus (1-3 months) + Transportation Allowance + Car pool

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage an advanced imaging devices (action cameras, IP cameras,...) production facility  
2. Develops, organizes and oversees daily, weekly and monthly inventories and production plan;
3. Directs, delegate and assigns duties for appropriate manufacturing personnel. Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.

4. Oversees the production process, assessing project and resource requirements to complete each production.

5. Oversees and supervises all operating functions including but not necessarily to material acquisition, material logistics, incoming material, outgoing finished goods, inventory control, production, product quality, production engineering, IT, repair services,..

6. Responsible for arranging accurate collection, analysis, recording and reporting of all relevant production processes and translate that data into useful information to drive operational excellence.

7. Implement and maintain core databases & systems.

 Job Requirements:

1. 10+ years of digital products manufacturing experience covering such manufacturing technology, preferably including SMT, Assembly, Packaging, Image focusing and related knowhow.

2. Additional five years of experience in project management a plus.

3. Team leadership and interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese and Mandarin or English, Mandarin a plus).

5. Must be detail and results oriented.

6. Bachelor's degree desired, technical area of study in either electrical, mechanical discipline.
