Regularly visit customers to understand customer needs and maintain customer relationships
Follow leads to develop new and old customers with existing products, and report status
Middle-manager relationship management
Understand every aspect of customer project schedule, provide timely product promotion, and uncover new projects and product opportunities.
Help promote specific product lines at new and existing customers
Understand and track the customer's production schedule and quantity, and make a reasonable stocking
Assist in assessing the risk of customer receivables and avoiding bad debts early
Prepare sales forecasts, plan schedules, and achieve goals
Validate viability of new customers and verify information
Develop leads and make product proposals
