About you

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to support the upcoming operations of Manpower's client in Vietnam. Within a leading role, the KAM will be working together with the Line Manager in organizing and tracking the project, keeping visibility on its development and monitoring results.

This individual should be detail-oriented, flexible, a self-starter, and should enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

Their product is the solution for the interaction between store owners and whole salers. Is a web and app tool that allows store owners to purchase all the products

they sell in their store in a digital and easiest way. And for the wholesaler is a tool that help organize/digitize their business and increase their sales.

Responsibilities:

● Assisting Country Manager and Line Manager in developing project strategies

● Responsible for the wholesaler acquisition including direct sale, process building and performance tracking.

○ Implementing a new app and web page that will digitize the interaction of store owners and wholesalers.

○ Work very closely with the initial wholesalers that will be using this tool. Convince and teach wholesalers how to use the tool, explain advantages and help them through the process.

● Responsible for the quality of the city-wide delivery service.

● Advising project risks, issues and the solutions

● Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

● Coordinate with various functional headquarters groups including sales, customer experience, marketing, and resource management.

● The KAM will be fully responsible for the local implementation. Will know from the beginning the project and have the possibility of being one of the first resources in a growing company.

Skills:

● Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management, project management and multi-tasking skills.

● Have good business acumen and leadership skills.

● Strong analytical and commercial skills.

● SQL is a plus.

● Fluent in MS Office (Excel, power point, word, outlook...)

● Relationship savvy and good interpersonal skills.

● Appetite for learning and growing.

● Resourcefulness and can-do aptitude

● Ability to work under pressure and closely with remote project teams with varying seniority levels, work styles and work schedules.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the top tech startup industry or consulting firms.

● Good skills on selling and negotiation with small business owners or others.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Project Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related

● Fluent in English and in local languages

● Passionate about entrepreneur and technology

● At least 1 year experience.
