RESPONSIBILITIES
HRD Senior Staff
- Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College
- Planning and operation of internal and external training - job training, leadership training, Discovering educational companies
- Operation of in-house organizational culture activities
- Work related to ER
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 3 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)
- Strong in HRD (training & organizational culture) & ER
- Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
- Good at communication and negotiation skill
- Proficiency in English
