1. Duties:

• Focus on logistics center & industrial park investment
• Pro-actively source, negotiate and secure land banks to build logistics and industrial park to meet investment and revenue targets
• Perform feasibility study on potential deals including conducting extensive market research and due diligence on the potential projects
• Prepare comprehensive business plans (including financial analysis) for Board approval
• Provide assistance to strategic direction of projects under your portfolio
• In charge of other responsibilities include handling land and approval issues, preparing cash flow forecasts and asset reports
• Managing Company’s asset portfolio including logistics center & industrial park projects
• Monitoring project timeline, legal process, project matters
• Source for external fund investors and setting up new
  private equity funds. Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the performance of the fund.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.
• Role has the opportunity to grow into being the Head of CapitaLand Vietnam’s logistics and industrial park business unit

2. Requirements:

• A good Degree in Real Estate or Finance-related qualifications.
• At least 5 year experience in the same position. Previous work experience in logistics &industrial park is required
• A highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools.
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven manner with strong business acumen.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under high pressure and adaptability to quick changes
