​*JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for building, execution and follow-up of marketing plan to renew the 5th MOU with MOLISA and increase ManpowerGroup and Manpower brand awareness among strategic partners and stakeholders, and to promote brand awareness among target clients, associates & candidates

The success of this role will be dependent upon building and maintaining effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders (including but not limited to MOLISA, VCCI, AmCham, EuroCham, Universities, and Colleges etc.) for Corporate Affairs and Event deliverable but also strong interpersonal skills with Marketing team and senior management.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Corporate Affairs

  • This position is required to possess strong relationship building capability, a sharp mind in identifying valuable partnership opportunities and the tenacity to follow up and execute successfully Corporate Affairs projects.

  • Developing and implementing appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies and programs to achieve positive awareness and trust of ManpowerGroup & its brands (especially Manpower)

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key strategic partners (including but not limited to governmental and NGO bodies: MOLISA, VCCI, ILO, World Bank, AmCham, EuroCham, universities and colleges, organizations for disabled children)

  • Developing and executing Sustainability programs in cooperation with MOLISA for the Handicraft project for disabled people.

2. Event management

  • Planning & managing corporate and brand events     

  • Developing and executing Sustainability programs in cooperation with the company’s BUs (Staffing, Outsourcing and Perm) to organize Ready-for-Work partnership events with universities and colleges nationwide

3. Marketing lead in the North

  • Working with Perm and Staffing & Outsourcing teams in the North and Da Nang for executing innovative client-oriented marketing activities

  • Managing Marketing staff (Digital Marketing Executive and Content staff) in Hanoi office to deliver Marketing & PR campaigns/projects successfully

4. Media relations                                       

  • Manage current relations with media in Hanoi

  • Pitch Sustainability stories with media nationwide

  • Maintain relations with reporters in Hanoi for media pitching on ManpowerGroup and ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s campaigns on workforce

5. Budget management (work under advice and supervision of MKT & PR Manager)

*REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing/PR/Corporate Affairs/Event, preferably at multinational enterprises.

  • At least Bachelor Degree in related field

  • Sharp and good at communication skills

  • Good at four skills of English language
