*JOB OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for building, execution and follow-up of marketing plan to engage successfully with strategic corporate partners (MOLISA, VCCI etc.) and increase ManpowerGroup and Manpower brand awareness among company’s stakeholders.
The success of this role will be dependent upon building and maintaining effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders for Corporate Affairs and Event deliverables but also strong interpersonal skills with Marketing team and senior management. For Event management, this position is to promote brand awareness among target clients, associates and candidates.
*ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Relationship Building
This position is required to possess strong relationship building capability, a sharp mind in identifying valuable partnership opportunities and the tenacity to follow up and execute successfully Corporate Affairs projects
Developing and implementing appropriate Corporate Affairs strategies and programs to achieve positive ManpowerGroup and Manpower image & brands
Build and maintain strong relationship with key strategic partners (governmental and NGO bodies: MOLISA, VCCI, ILO, World Bank, AmCham, EuroCham, Save the Children, universities and colleges)
2. Event management
Planning & managing corporate, external and internal events
Managing the development and implementation of Sustainability programs
Planning and managing brand events (Staffing and Perm), including student events with universities and colleges nationwide
3. Market research
With the support of Marketing Executive, this position needs to propose ideas/concepts for Market research and turn them into valuable research key findings on the local workforce, including but not limited to the biannual Vietnam Employment Outlook Survey (VN MEOS), Digital skills in a changing world of world, Brand Health etc
Follow up closely on competitors’ marketing activities and make good proposals for marketing strategies improvement
4. Media relations
Manage current relations with media in Hanoi
Pitch PR stories with media nationwide
Build new relations with reporters in Hanoi for pitching PR stories, either of ManpowerGroup or ManpowerGroup Vietnam
5. Coordination & Budget management
Coordinate with Creative team and Digital team in executing and communicating Corporate Affairs and Events projects
Preparing, managing and monitoring the Corporate Affairs’ budget
Preparing, managing and monitoring events’ budgets
*REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of experience in marketing/PR/Corporate Affairs/Event, preferably at multinational enterprises.
At least Bachelor Degree in related field
Professional in Microsoft Office operation
Fluent in English
