- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and composition of marketing material in line with marketing plans, including brochure, catalogue, etc.
- Handling and maintaining distributor records and relationships, building a database of clients;
- Understanding and gathering competitor pricing and movements in the market and suggesting appropriate strategies.
- Accurately recording all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.
- Assisting Sales Team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Developing and implementing a strategy for customer engagement
- Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

- Excellent knowledge of Aquaculture
- Dealer management, Channel Distribution, Sales, Business
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills, with the ability to work closely and effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Bright and energetic, with an analytical and enquiring mind
- Should have a very good knowledge of the geography of Vietnam and willingness to travel extensively in areas of work assigned.
