MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviewing customer orders
- Arrange dispatch from warehouses
- Mark up drawings with customers measurements
- Communicating with customers on Zendesk
- Monitoring stock availability and delivery timelines
- Process returns and refunds
- Maintaining sales order documentations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent English communication with a focus on reading, writing and perfect grammar.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service,
- Experience dealing with western customers or working with western brand highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of customer behaviors.
- Problem solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
