JOB DESCRIPTION

• Exporting and sending invoices

• Assuring the exporting and transferring invoices promptly to the Agency

• Supporting to archive and scan documents

• Taking other accounting tasks assigned by the Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.Graduated College, University related to Financial and Accounting, Economics,...

2.Personal qualities: honest, tenacity, diligence, strong team spirit also a self-starter, able to deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities;

3.Clear and logical thinker, strong execution and communication skills;

4.Proficient in Excel and Word, SAP experience a plus.

5.Good at English
