Job Description:
- Manage production lines: Logistics, Welding, Painting
- Build up Business action plan and lead subordinates to follow plan to achieve division’s and department’s target
- Set up, lead and instruct subordinates about working process & working standard for lines
- Design and improve part supply flow as lean concept
- Instruct and resolve related problems
- Promote Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and reduce cost
- Follow supervisor's instructions, monitor and feedback subordinates, coordinate with other departments
- Develop subordinate through on-job training
Job Requirements:
- Graduated in Automobile/Mechanical/Technical fields, understanding of Automobile technology/vehicle processing flow is an advantage
- At least 5 years working experience in Production Manager position and managing scope of more than 100 members
- Good at Production line management, Logistics understanding
- Creative mind and logical thinking
- Good at planning, problem solving, reporting and presenting
- Ability in personnel management, teamwork, coaching & work under high pressure
- Good at MS Office & Proficiency in English (knowing Japanese is an advantage)
