​​​*JOB OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager, your main responsibility is to handle and make sure the project runs smoothly, fulfill client’s requirement in a professional manner to bring the excellent service to our value clients and associates.

This position will work closely with client and report to Operation Manager and Head of S&O North Vietnam.

​*ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide the staffing service in the IT sector to the clients of ManpowerGroup’s Staffing and Outsourcing team in the North of Vietnam. The service is hiring, contracting, payroll, employee relationship all-inclusive or separately

• Supervise a project HR team that may require both onsite and off-site. Guide and track the KPIs of the team to ensure providing a professional and efficient service

• Being responsible for fulfilling client’s queries and standard KPIs of the service

• Provide a prompt, consistent and professional communication with the clients

• Being a company’s brand ambassador with the clients

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager

​*REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in IT field

• 2 years of experience in management level

• Preferably with experience in recruitment, available for positions in IT field such as Sales, Planning

• Good command of English must be able to work with native English speakers
