*JOB OVERVIEW
As a Recruiter, your main responsibility is to handle the sourcing, build up candidate pool, recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates.
*ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet goal & target of sourcing requirement
Build up & manage candidate database
Ensure search and place right candidates effectively and on time
Search & recruitment new hire and replacement as required by outsourcing clients
Communicate and contact clients on sourcing purpose and recruitment process
Co-operate with account management group of on-boarding process
Co-operate with sales group of source data and to support sales on quotation preparation
Support project assignment from time to time at client site
Other admin support or assignment from Outsourcing & Staffing Manager
*REQUIREMENTS
At least 02 years of professional experience in Recruitment of IT industry
English reading and speaking skills are preferable
College graduation and above
