- Incumbent will be responsible for adding rigor to activities such as below:
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Work closely with the distributor to develop small/ Medium customers. Develop Key accounts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization impacting initiatives
- Work closely with Service and Manufacturing team
- Business target – 2 Mn USD in 2021.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Should be well versed with market in Vietnam / Cambodia.
- Good written & verbal communication in English along with local language in Vietnam / Cambodia.
- Mechanical engineering Graduate, with at least first division throughout the academics.
- Experience of minimum 5 years in direct (major) and channel Sales. Preferably from Metal / Auto engineering / FMCG industry.
