​RESPONSIBILITIES

To take ownership for:

1. Achieving Orders, Revenue & Profit Margin targets;

2. Accurate Orders and revenue forecast;

3. Meeting market share targets;

4. Managing distribution channels;

5. Developing and implementing plans to be the brand champion for our client in Vietnam;

6. Understanding market drivers & dynamics to craft relevant strategies to drive business;

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Work with service team to meet service targets;

2. Work with team to establish KOL management system;

3. Establish system for pre- & post- sales activities by the Applications team;

4. Take on specific assigned ad-hoc projects to drive business.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and distributor management

• Keen to take on interesting challenges with limited resources;

• Resourceful in utilizing existing structure & set up;

• Able to adapt to diverse work environment;

• Independent and takes ownership.

• Strong collaborative mindset.
