Main Responsibilities:
- Develop & track sales performance metrics.
- Manage sales planning, forecast and follow up on strategic plan execution efficiency.
- Monitor & keep check salesforce & business performance.
- Work with sales management teams to evaluate, assess the compliance of sales activities & promotions.
- Maintain efficient sales support team to optimize day-to-day sales activity and data quality through new technologies.
- Develop sales pipeline; optimize frontline resource allocation based on sales model.
- Monitor sales commission operation in a monthly basis.
- Track long-term sales database.
- Manage, develop and lead the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration or economics studies.
- Minimum of 5 years working in sales technology operation or sales management field.
- Data driven
- Detail oriented
- Proven strong business process oriented.
