Job Description:

·       Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College

·       Planning and operation of internal and external training

·       Job training, leadership training, Discovering educational companies

·       Operation of in-house organizational culture activities

·       Work related to ER

·       Other tasks assigned by Superiors

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Over 4 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)

·       Strong in HRD(training & organizational culture) & ER

·       Deep knowledge about labor laws and HR policy

·       Good at communication and negotiation skill

·       Proficiency in English
