- Establish and update the staff training and development process
- Track process execution and update modifications to suit the operating situation of the plant.
- Based on the training plan of the unit to monitor and urge the implementation process.
- Support and guide the units to properly implement the training process
- Consulting the Director of Human Resources to establish and improve the training management system and training program
- Search for outside training centers that suit the needs of the units.
- Analyze training results and discuss with managers of relevant units to propose measures to improve the quality of human resources after training.
- Track training costs, ensure training costs according to budget.
- Support and contribute ideas to develop internal trainers in units.
- Setting up a KPI capacity assessment system.
- Report the results of the post-training assessment and suggest improvements
- Over 3 years of successful experience in HR talent development projects such as: Critical Position Cultivation Project, Succession Planning, etc.
- Have qualifications of internal lecturers and have actual teaching experiences.
- Can independently plan and execute a company's annual training for each level.
- Have experienced in world-renowned brand factory as a HR project leader, experienced in shoes or apparel factory (such as Nike or adidas) is preferred.
- Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.
