​*JOB OVERVIEW

As a Senior Consultant, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task at the Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing team with major focusing on recruitment to bring the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Manager of Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing Service Hanoi.

*JOB RESPONSABILITIES

HR Task

  • Meet goal & target of sourcing requirement

  • Buildup & manage candidate database

  • Ensure search and place right candidates effectively and on time.

  • Search & recruitment new hire and replacement as required by outsourcing clients;

  • Communicate and contact clients on sourcing purpose and recruitment process;

  • Co-operate with account management group of on-boarding process;

  • Co-operate with sales group of source data and to support sales on quotation preparation;

  • Support project assignment from time to time at client site;

  • Other admin support or assignment from Outsourcing & Staffing Manager.

  • New hires : prepare Offer Letter / Labor Contract, on-boarding procedures and docs  

  • Collect / file personal docs as MP regulations for associates

Accounting & Financial tasks

  • Process Pro-forma invoices for charging clients and follow up the transfer from clients

  • Reconciliation recruitment cost to Finance

Others

  • Communicate with clients on daily operational matters

  • Monthly reports to client as required

  • Admin tasks: managing facilities as travel, car rent, telephone, internet, . . . of associates, process and mange gifts in events/public holiday, . . .

  • Other tasks as assigned.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields

  • At least 03 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.

  • Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.

  • Good experience in HR Service and understanding of local labor market and regulations is an advantage.

  • Fluent English.
