Job Description

• Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and support of ICT
• Infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, PCs, operating systems and associated hardware and software.
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service.
• Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma,
• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of windows operating systems
• Basic / good server experiences like AD administration & basic networking experiences
• Preferably with office 365 & Sharepoint troubleshooting experiences
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for this position.
• Preferably experience working in System Integrator environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent customer management skills
