TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Location: HN/HCM
1. Manage all technical aspects during the products' distribution
2. Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers
3. Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed
4. Provide product training for customers and users
5. Other job related to technical issues

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
2. Fluent in English or Chinese
3. At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products
4. Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness; work well under pressure
