​Job Description:

 Support headquarter on setting up a WOFE in Vietnam; coordinate and execute its start up.

 Plan, direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant, with direct focus on production, including but not limited to production output, product quality, on time delivery.

 Supervise the supply chain, including but not limited to import of raw material, management of stock, shipment and custom clearance operations.

 Supervise quality, H&S, HR and ancillary activities.

 Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, hire new people

 Responsible for all department managers and supervisors. Finance and administrative staff will have a functional dependence on Hong Kong.

 Serve as primary point of contact with local government agencies, such as fire, police, custom, health and safety agencies.

 Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; guarantee compliance with legal regulations.

 Stay up to date with latest legal requirements, set related policies, procedures and systems, follow with their implementation.

 Ensure optimal company performance level, implement continuous improvement activities, maintain product and process control.

 Responsible of the P&L result.

 Prepare and execute annual budget

Requirement:

 Proven management experience as a plant manager or in operations in manufacturing companies.

 Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants

 Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, planning, controlling, KPI, resource allocation, HR capital)

 Strong technical skill.

 Familiarity with industry standard equipment

 Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, inventory and stewardship processes

 Knowledge of plastic industry.

 Experience and knowledge of plastics extrusion and compounding processes (PLUS)

 High sense of responsibility, team cooperation spirit, integrity.

 Good interpersonal communication.

 Willing to travel abroad.

 Willing to work overtime.

 Working experience in a multinational company (PLUS).

 Experience on setting up a WOFE (PLUS).

 Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree (MUST)

 Proficient in spoken and written English (MUST)

Work place: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh

Training 6 months in Italia
