​*JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible in the development of outsourcing and staffing business by offering the best and practical solutions to the clients, understanding client’s needs and how value can be added to all clients. Ensure long term relationships with clients through the provision of outstanding services in order to the required financial outcomes.

*RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development

  • Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow Manpower business

  • Direct business development activities including identifying business leads; making presentation and sales visits, sharing client information with other areas and doing cross selling activities;

  • Develop effective relationships with major clients to achieve organizational growth objectives

  • Maintain networking activities and represent the organization at local conventions, seminars and official occasions, and liaise with other organizations (e.g. customers, industry associations and government representatives)

  • Keep update with market growth, trends, competitors and related service for the best branding of organization brands

Key Performance Indicators

  • Growth in number of associates

  • Growth in the number of clients invoiced

2. Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the prospects and support the area, through promotions and face-to-face visits

  • Strictly cooperate with consultants and team leaders in service ability for the best service delivery

Key Performance Indicators

  • Expansion of business activities with the prospects

  • Account management strategy adhered to

*REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3- 5 years experienced in sales and consultation

  • At least Bachelor Degree in related field

  • Excellent in English in writing and negotiation skill
