*JOB OVERVIEW
Together with HCM Convenience Accounts, Outsourcing & Staffing Team of dedicated members, be responsible for helping Company achieve hiring goals
*RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Management
Manage candidate database including prepare candidate pools, sources with updated information
In put candidate information into database and various computer program
Extract data when needed.
Reporting problems with the data
2. Recruitment Supporting
Screen CV, make appointment with candidates include face to face or phone or video calls interview
Support, attend and coordinate career fairs with sourcing team
Preparing candidate report as requirement following to MP template
Work closely with Manager on preparing the outsourcing service agreement, draft quotation, etc…
Support Manager on preparing data for suitable advisory to client on sales request
On going follow up with client related to outsourcing service deals
Keep sensitive customers and candidates confidential
Other tasks assigned by Operation Manager
Candidate who graduated in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
At least one years of experience in data entry, human resource or outsourcing service
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
15 Annual Leave MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)
