Job description:
- Daily accounting operations:
- Inspect and handle all aspects of accounting operations such as payment, revenue expenditure, cash flow, loan disbursement, invoice and receipt; solve any arising internal or external accounting issues
- Manage and coordinate workload for among accounting staff and related departments
- Work with Government agencies for settlement, inspection, tax examination and related matters; work with auditing units, the Supervisory Board for financial and accounting related matters
- Prepare reports for: corporate income tax, PIT, license tax, year-end tax finalization, annual statistical report and other types according to the Government regulations
- Coordinate with the data department / complete reports required by investors / loan owners / other stakeholders
- Keep records and check the work of storing documents and records, accounting books
- Prepare financial and management reports:
- Prepare the quarterly consolidated financial statements for the Group
- Coordinate with the Finance department to prepare management reports of the Parent Company and eventually the member companies
- Corporate with the Finance Department:
- Summarize the annual / monthly budget plan; manage, forecast, control and regulate cash flow for working capital needs, investment or for deposit purposes
- Coordinate with Finance department to work with banks / investors / bondholders… to support mobilization of capital for the Company
- Coordinate with the Finance department to make business plans and estimate / forecast data before each accounting period (quarter / half year / yearend)
- For member companies:
- Manage member companies’ accounting activities; guide and coordinate with member companies in handling arising accounting matters in the process of working with auditors
- Work with banks to provide financial support to subsidiaries; adjust capital funds to support investment and provide additional capital for member companies
- Support member companies’ activities
- Other tasks as required of Chief Accountant
Job requirements:
- Have a Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting - Auditing, Finance - Banking or other related fields; Certificate of Chief Accountant is a must,
- At least 3 year-experience in chief accountant position or equivalent management position for listed company, Preferably with few years of audit experience with an international accounting firm
- Good pressure resistance;
- Leadership, analysis, problem solving, good job management skill;
- Proficient in office informatics, good at using accounting software;
- Be honest, careful, work meticulously, and persistently with the numbers.
- Fluency in English;
