RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculate the costs of performing service contracts
- Draft and prepare contracts, arrange the signing of contracts between the parties
- Assist in contract negotiation when required
- Create projects, orders, input project cost estimates on SAP system
- Monitor, update, and manage costs and activities on the management system of the technical service department
- Follow up, manage debt collection with clients
- Other administrative tasks at the request of the management
REQUIREMENT
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience
- Major in foreign trade and international business
- Understand the terms of international transactions, shipping and payments
- Good at English
- Be active and able to work independently, enthusiastic to support the group, eager to learn and hard working.
- Be meticulous and able to arrange work and manage hard copies.
- Proficient in office computer skills
