Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all business aspects (operations, revenue, profit, budget and commercial) in Vietnam market
2. Develop operational plans and ensure that all business activities adhere to country regulations and cultural guidelines.
3. Understand market trend and competitor information to establish short term and long term business plan.
4. Select, manage, establish strong partnerships and relationships
5. Identify potential partners and business opportunities to grow your market(s).
6. Develop a strong value proposition for your market(s) and be responsible to implementing brand strategies.
7. Assess market’s progress, successes and report to management on a regular basis.
8. Lead and motivate the team to achieve the business results through coaching and effective management.
9. Oversee talent recruitment, people management, training and development to raise the overall employee competency to achieve company objectives.

 Job Requirements:

1. University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 10 years relevant experience.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. Ability to drive partnerships close deals.
4. Strategic business planning skill is required.
5. Strong interpersonal skill and proven record of a team player.
6. Strong project management skill
7. Strong presentation skill.
8. Strong coaching and mentoring skill.
9. Customer oriented and strong customer handling skill
10. Familiar with Windows Word, Excel or other common PC applications.
11. Knowledge and understanding of the local market and industry.
12. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
13. Domestic and overseas traveling is required.
