Reporting to: Head of Customer Service Desk Southeast Asia and Business Support
Job Description:
1) Order-to-cash (OTC) functions for Vietnam. These include:
- Sales orders processing
- Provision of order confirmations
- Timely generation of accurate shipping documents
- d. Initiate requests for master data set up for essential information
2) Validate the forecasts in the system and perform allocations with the Sales team to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and order accuracies.
3) Order desk functions for stock sharing such as
- Checking on stock sharing availability
- Provision and processing of order confirmations
- Shipment arrangements and timely creation of accurate shipping documentation
- Initiate requests for master data set up for essential information
4) Setup and fulfill settlement for agent's commission
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of working in a multinational (MNC) environment and cross-cultures
- Minimum 5 years of order desk experience or equivalent role
- Ideally minimum 5 years for SAP R3 (SD/MM module)
- Working knowledge of LC and shipping documentation
- Advance Planning Optimization (APO) knowledge will be a great advantage
- Advance Microsoft office skills (Words, Excel)
