Degree requirement: Bachelor degree or above (Electronics/Communications/Administrative Management)
Language requirement: Good at Chinese and (and) English
General requirement:
1. Be proficient in using Excel/Word/PPT office software;
2. Have relevant experience in the process;
3. Master the product analysis and verification methods;
4. Have the ability to read and write in English and Vietnamese;
5. PFMEA, Flowchart, SOP, etc. Familiar with the production of documents;
6. Have a solid basic knowledge of electronics;
7. Be able to use Six Sigma tools to analyze problems and formulate improvement plans.
8. Familiar with and master the implementation process of lean production, 5S and TPM
9. FAE work experience is preferred, experience corresponding to Apple customers is preferred;
10. Good communication, coordination and independent problem handling capabilities;
11. Familiar with Autocad and Layout , Orcad and other application software;
12 good team awareness.
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the analysis of defective products, improvement follow-up and continuous optimization of mass production projects;
2. Leading the production line defective FA in the mass production stage, responsible for sending FACA Reports and connecting with customers, improving customer satisfaction;
3. Improving the handling of defective products for maintenance Process and technical support;
4. Train the FA skills of quick repair personnel and internal personnel;
5. Assist factory cost control and provide technical support for the improvement of special proposals;
6. Summarize and analyze experience, optimize product production process and manufacturability, and improve Yield rate and production capacity;
7. Follow up major emergencies in the mass production stage, and provide technical support for the factory;
8. Participate in the development of new projects, and propose product feasibility design and operational requirements from the perspective of mass production
