Requirements:
- Well-proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Development Manager or similar roles
- Possesses solid knowledge and skill of software requirement, development process, project management
- Perform exemplary work in managing projects, practice/service, and mentor others in software engineering
- Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
- Expertise in using Jira and Confluence to manage project status and requirement scope as well as project information share
- Knowledge and skillset to define team roadmap, product backlog (Themes/Epic/User Story) for your own team based on OKR/QPR set by Product
- Solid knowledge about Scrum framework (Events, Artifacts, Roles)
- Strong ability to manage human resources for own team based on task breakdown, timeline
- Excellent English communication – in both writing and speaking
- Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving skill
- Being organizational, analytical, and hustle
- Experience running projects applying continuous integration, continuous delivery is a plus
