Job description

1. Accounting:

- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement and disclosures

- Review accounting vouchers in compliance with VN regulations (regarding AR, AP, GL)

- Assist to produce cash-flow forecast reports for finance controlling, monitor cash requirement, flow of cash transactions and daily cash balances

- Ensuring all revenue /sales & expenses are properly recognized in compliance with matching concept

- Checking all kind of expenses over according to construction norm

- Follow up movements of tools and consumables / fixed assets

- Manage company assets and prevent any misuses of company assets

2. Tax Issues:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and TP reports)

- Checking the validation of all tax invoices

- Dealing with Tax officers

3. Audit issues:

- Dealing with the auditors for the annual financial reports

- Obtaining data from all departments to prepare management report

4. Others tasks:

- Other works as assigned

5. Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in related major
- English communication skill
- At least 4 year working experience as Accountant and General Accountant

- CPA certificate is preferable
