RESPONSIBILITIES
Employees responsible for providing a wide range of office services for internal customers, including:
Creating/revising documents.
Calendaring, arranging travel and meetings.
Managing incoming/outgoing data (voice and hard copy).
Prioritizing work flow to satisfy customer requirements and maximize efficiency of principal/department.
WHAT WE SEEK
Having working experience as secretary, or administrator.
Good at English, able to communicate with senior executives and their Assistants.
Good at time management, communication skills and can build up good relationship with internal client.
Excellent computer skills using a variety of applications.
Bachelor’s degree in administration.
