• Utilizing your professional network to source candidates
• Helping to brand Orange Logic within the job market
• Performing managerial reference checks
• Drafting offer letters and contracts
• Working cross-collaboratively with management and HR in Orange Logic’s various locations
• Managing recruitment team in Vietnam

2. What distinguishes you:

• 8-10 years’ experience recruiting for IT roles
• Proficiency with the English language (both verbally and written)
• A proven track record of hiring
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes
• Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team
