- Develop and execute sales strategic plan to achieve sales targets both short and long term
- Control and manage annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Control sales cost for effective operation, included sales incentive, bonus, contest, promotion campaign...
- Review scheme and policy for sales force for long time stay and development
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationship
- Build up excellent network with financial companies and related field to update market landscapes, trends and planning
- Reporting on strategic direction of accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- BA level up, preferable in banking finance field
- At least 10 years experience in consumer finance, banking, security and other related field
- Excellent communication & influence, leadership, detailed and oriented Planning and strategic mindset, good networking
