Job description:
Build up policy/process
- Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
- Monitor the implementation of HR policies and process in the company
- Expand the network, conduct surveys and compare the welfare of companies in the same industry and region
- Manage MBO evaluation of all employees
Employee relation
- Resolving questions and difficulties of employees related to the Company's policies
- Make & update contract for employee
- Support and consolidate activities of the union
- Settlement of labor dispute & discipline
- Receive and resolve cases of resignation
- Identify internal trends of employees in the company
- Act as support and adviser to all employees
Company culture
- Participating in building, organizing activities connected internally, building corporate culture
- Propose and design programs/processes to enable people development
Other tasks assigned by Superiors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Major in Economics, Business Administration…
- Over 3 years of experience in the same position
- Deep understanding about HR and company culture
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency in English
