Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Labor matters to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Execute process of recruitment to assure the right talent for company growth.
  • Propose and implement onboarding and training programs in order to close existing gaps.
  • Execute and follow up evaluation process and propose continuous improvement inlcude: probation time, annual appraisal, adaptation survey, engagement survey, etc.
  • Elaborate, analyze KPI of HR department and statistics for decision making.
  • Monitor and implement internal communication programs and campaigns to reinforce company culture.
  • Coordinate and execute company events to provide a good working environment and engage employees

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced English
  • Solid knowledge of labour law
  • Strong HR analytics skill, MS.Office and interpersonal skills
