Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Labor matters to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Execute process of recruitment to assure the right talent for company growth.
- Propose and implement onboarding and training programs in order to close existing gaps.
- Execute and follow up evaluation process and propose continuous improvement inlcude: probation time, annual appraisal, adaptation survey, engagement survey, etc.
- Elaborate, analyze KPI of HR department and statistics for decision making.
- Monitor and implement internal communication programs and campaigns to reinforce company culture.
- Coordinate and execute company events to provide a good working environment and engage employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English
- Solid knowledge of labour law
- Strong HR analytics skill, MS.Office and interpersonal skills
