Core Responsibilities
- In charge of full spectrum of HR activities such as employee compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions, learning & development, organization management, performance management and other HR ad hoc projects.
- Make swift response to any amendment to law and adjustment to regulation/policy in Vietnam
- Review work rules, create and maintain a positive relationship with employees
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional (to Taipei and HCMC HQ) communication
- Training HR colleagues as professional roles in certain functions
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related subjects
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experiences in all HR functions, management experience will be a plus
- Experience in manufacturing industry (Appreal/Textile as a plus)
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or talent acquisition will be a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Fluent communications skills in Mandarin.
