RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and internal policies
Recruit the best talents and complete a variety of employment letters (e.g. employment confirmations, bank letters, visa letters, promotions, salary reviews etc.)
Editing & formatting job descriptions on all channels including company website, job boards, partner channels etc.
Assist with onboarding and off boarding process
Coordinate and organize employee engagement events such as team building and Christmas party as well as other regular and ad hoc events.
Assists special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Assist in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationeries and pantry’s supplies etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
4-6 years of HR and administration experience
Self-driven candidate with experience working in a startup environment
Multitasker with an ability to work with time-bound projects
Passion for HR with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English is a must, interviews will be conducted in English
