Job responsibilities:

• Oversee HR department to perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development, staff engagement, employer branding, performance management, succession planning, policy & procedures, and any ad-hoc HR issues or project
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and provide guidance and support in every facet of people management
• Devise short-term and long-term HR strategies as to cope with the dynamic market changes and to meet  with company’s strategy
• Advise on corporate & people development and organizational dynamics with data-driven support
• Conceptualize and implement HR initiatives that will add value to the company
• Foster and cultivate caring and harmonized culture

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• 15+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
