Job responsibilities:
- Oversee HR department to perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development, staff engagement, employer branding, performance management, succession planning, policy & procedures, and any ad-hoc HR issues or project
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and provide guidance and support in every facet of people management
- Devise short-term and long-term HR strategies as to cope with the dynamic market changes and to meet with company’s strategy
- Advise on corporate & people development and organizational dynamics with data-driven support
- Conceptualize and implement HR initiatives that will add value to the company
- Foster and cultivate caring and harmonized culture
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 15+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
